Hello, beautiful beans and welcome to this episode 8 of the 10-day 20-25 life reset. So this short and sweet episode is going to be

Basically, it's like a journal that like is really geared towards not only getting

you in the zone, but helping with productivity and focus and all of

the above the way, I just love how I've set it out. But anyway, in this brain journal, I speak

about this concept, which I'm going to talk to you about. Now, if you have the brain journal,

great, you can do it without the brain journal. So if you don't want to buy it, don't. You can

still do it. This is the idea of no two days off in a row. That is one of

for me, I've found to be one of the best ways to stay consistent. When you are trying to

stay consistent, I think a lot of us think consistency means every single day. But for a lot of us, one of the main problems

is that we think I've got to be perfect and consistent and that's what consistency is. So I've got to

eat a certain way or not do a certain thing or I've got to get up at a certain time and it's

got to be consistent. If I fall off the bandwagon, I have to start again, all right?

So we'll start, we'll go hard and then we'll start again.

Or another mistake that we'll make is we think, oh, I've got to do this every single day.

So I've got this holiday coming up and I've got this weekend away and I've also got this really early morning meeting.

So because I can't do it every single day, I'm not going to start yet.

Once it's calmed down, then I'm going to start.

But what we failed to realize, we say, oh, December's a really busy time.

And then January hits, oh my God, start of the year.
