Good morning everyone, it's Todd and Julie with Chris

like a fishers how are you this morning. I'm doing okay. How about you? I'm you know

listen, it's another day. Yes another day. God's blessed us with another

opportunity, you know, for good things to happen and another opportunity for bad

things to happen and God to give you the grace and the strength to get through it.

That brings me to my first point that I think is so telling.

God cannot defend you from a battle he didn't call you to fight.

Amen. I love that. I love that. That was one of my takeaways from this week

of sermons and podcasts and just studying and I thought there's so much

truth to that that God cannot defend you from a battle he did not call you to fight.

You know I think that and I think that that's where we get into

you know you get in this fight or flight mentality. You know you either run away from it or you

know I've got to stand and fight. And we are exhausted from fighting when the when the battle was

never ours to begin. Right. And and I'm guilty. I think and that's our human nature is to get

involved in battles that it's like they don't say and you don't have a dog in the fight.

Right. But yet you're fighting. You're continuously keeping

turmoil. You're continuously keeping an upheaval. It's something going on all the time.

And at the end of the day you don't even have a dog in the night. Exactly. And so I feel like that.

You know there's so much going on in the world today and there's so much pain to process world

wide. And you know for me because you're not read a lot. And you read you.

Julie is the reader of the family yet we had no children that like to read.

I know. But just so odd today because I read I love to read something that's good.
