Troy I'm fantastic it is so nice to be back it's been a little minute it's been a minute since I've heard the

words the smushroom how about that you have any idea how many episodes have done so you have

done since RIP the smushure? I honestly don't know and I feel like I don't need to know

it's on my business. That's a good point yeah it's none of my business how have you been how is life

life is fantastic I just started teaching at the university that I went to

undergraduate at so that means that I'm real old.

That's so cool or do you love it though? So far so good I am really liking it.

I'm teaching journalism but I've backdoored in teaching popular culture so

that's going to be a lot of fun. Makes sense. I feel like whatever you're doing you'll

back door in teaching popular culture like no matter what your career is.

I was like, so who you hear like sports?

I'll talk about Simone Biles and her celebrity.

Yeah, you're like, I know a thing or two about food and food.

Yeah, how are you doing? How's your day? I'm good. I'm good. I'm just like
