Summary

We have a love/hate relationship with the topic of fitness and hunting. On the one hand, we know that fitness matters and can help us hunt the backcountry more effectively. On the other hand, we get tired of the "hype" surrounding training and fitness for hunting. We want to focus our limited time and energy on training that is effective, not necessarily attractive.
