So I don't have a good explanation for this, but there is, in fact, I just saw there's a gym in New York City that cost $10,000 a month.

So if you want to get in shape and you have a lot, I literally, we don't know what constitutes that.

I don't understand it. My mind is like, what, this is my question for you as you're listening. What could they possibly, like, do?

To be $10,000 a month?

Yeah.

Like, how upgraded can a treadmill?

There would have to be, I use the word lightly magic, but lasers so that when I walked in,

it would immediately take 20 pounds off.

That's what I was thinking.

Every time I walk out, I've got a huge job and a huge job.

So we know this.

Our culture's obsessed with appearance.

We know that.

All right.

And that can make it really hard for us not to be. It's understandable.

Honestly, this is not a guilt trip. If you're like, man, I think about my appearance all

the time. I'm very concerned about it. The clothes, the makeup, the hair, the blah, blah, blah,

blah. You know what? We're in that culture. So it's hard. This is not a guilt trip. So don't

be right yourself for that. But I have found with all sorts of areas, if I focus on other areas of life, like having this conversational relationship with God, it's just talking to him about other areas. It affects stuff in all areas. So you just kind of naturally become less obsessed with stuff that you don't need to be obsessed with.

Because you're changing your attention. Yeah. So it's not head on. It's more indirect. But instead of just beating yourself up all the time, like, no, just keep growing with him. Keep talking to him. Keep laying stuff on the line. Let's see how your character just changes.
