Summary

Herb Baumeister was an unsuspecting, Thrift store owner and serial killer whose reign of terror gripped Indiana in the 1980s & 90s. He is considered to be the number one suspect in the I-70 strangler case and after scattering thousands of human bones all over his Fox Hollow Farms estate - the land has remained haunted to this day.

1:05.0	Now I've heard this story before, but mostly through the haunting of Fox Hollow Farms.
1:11.2	But I never really looked into the reason why it was so haunted. I mean I loosely knew, but digging into it more, this is the story of a serial killer you may have never heard of. Herb Baummeister. It's going to be so hard for me not to say

1:31.9	you may never have heard of them, maybe you have, but I asked every single member of Greg's family from Indianapolis and none of them had ever heard of this guy. And they lived there during this time so this is the story of Herb Baumister and

1:54.0	Well, he was born April 7th, 1947 in Westfield, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis.
2:02.0	Growing up, his childhood was fairly normal.
2:08.0	I believe his dad was verbally and physically abusive to him, which isn't great at all but what he became
2:15.8	is far worse. He did exhibit antisocial personality disorder as a kid.
2:22.6	And he was eventually diagnosed with schizophrenia
2:26.3	according to some sources, but there's really no documentation
2:29.2	to completely back that up.
2:32.0	One of the things that his classmates said that was very strange about him is he would ask
2:36.8	them if they were ever curious about what it would taste like to drink another
2:41.3	human's urine. He also once peed on his teacher's desk.
2:46.0	They also said that he was obsessed with dead animals and he would play with them.
