Yo, today's QOT is What's going to make you come alive?

Here we go. Welcome back to the quarter of the day show. I'm your host, Sean Croxin.

We got Brendan Bischart on the show to kick off your week.

When I first heard this talk, I really felt like Brennan was talking to me, like he was

speaking to my soul.

And of course, this applies to so many other people out there.

And the reason why I felt like it applied to me was because over the last 15 years or so,

there have been a handful of things that I fully burned down because I was bored,

because I was feeling disconnected from my work,

and because I wasn't making an intention and effort to add more adventure to my life.

Like I wasn't really feeling alive.

I was just like working and going through the motions and just kind of getting stuff done,

just working, but just not really living.

And this is not something that's unique to me at all.

Like a lot of people do this, especially men do this.

We will burn some stuff down real quick, kind of out of our minds, right?

And hopefully this talk will bring some awareness to like why we make some of these decisions to burn things down.

And hopefully it'll stop us from burning things down in the future and instead

encourage us to add more excitement and passion, fulfillment, and aliveness to our lives.
