So I'm only going to bring this up because you might be able to relate to it. I am really

battling depression today. Like just, just for whatever reason, again, don't know why it happens

to me periodically, but I open up Psalm 42. And that whole song, David is talking to himself

about his downcast soul. Like, why am I downcast?

And he did something that really helped me, and I never even thought about it.

He says, my soul is downcast within me.

Therefore, I will remember you from the land of the Jordan to the heights of Herman, from Mount Mizzards.

So he's describing like this mountains and stuff.

I'm going to remember that.

Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls.

All your waves and breakers have swept over me.

So he's thinking about the majesty of God and how big God is and how awesome he is.

And then he says, by day, the Lord directs his love.

At night, his song is with me.

So I need to think about and this actually worked think about the awesomeness of god how big he is and the fact that he

loves me just just so can that deep calls to deep like his breakers are washing over if you're

struggling with that today too,

I can personally attest to the fact that that helps.
