they serve. I first got wind of what Detective Cotton was doing when I stumbled across a post on the Bangor

Maine Police Department's Facebook page that was attributed to him. It was under the title,

Got Warrants with a question mark, kind of like Got Milk, I guess. And it made me laugh out loud.

Because Tim Cotton had essentially hijacked the local police

blotter and rewritten it with a level of familiarity and humor, not often associated with

petty crimes and misdemeanors. Here are just a few of the entries that I stumbled across back on April 13th in 2016.
