0:14.4	Shatner, better known by billions is James T. Kirk, the man who famously captained the
0:20.4	Starship Enterprise on a show called Star Trek. Well, William Shatner recently took a trip
0:26.8	to space on an actual spaceship owned by Jeff Bezos called the Blue Origin New Shepard.
0:33.2	Shatner was so overcome with emotion upon his return to Earth that he couldn't find the
0:38.9	words to describe what he was feeling. So he summed it up by saying, whatever this feeling is,
0:44.6	I don't want to recover from it, which I thought was kind of clever. Well, my guess today is
0:50.4	another clever guy, Rico Colantoni, who like William Shatner as a very serious actor of
0:56.6	great depth and great feeling. Unlike William Shatner though, who journeyed to actual space on an
1:03.3	actual rocket, Rico has yet to slip the surly bonds of Earth to touch the face of God. But,
1:10.2	like William Shatner, Rico has pretended to boldly go where no man has gone before on a ship called
1:17.0	the Protector, where he portrayed a Thurman called Mathisar in a film called Galaxy Quest,
1:24.3	a film that many people believe to be one of the most underrated movies of all time.
1:29.8	Now, I discussed Galaxy Quest last week with my friend and guest Tim Allen, who played the
1:36.6	captain of the Protector, Peter Quincy Taggart. Well, Rico Colantoni was also on board the Protector,
1:45.1	and he had multiple scenes with Tim Allen, giving what many people believe to be the finest portrayal
1:51.6	of an alien in cinematic history. It's true. You can google it. However, in my conversation with
1:58.7	Tim Allen, it seemed as if Tim was not quite sure who Rico Colantoni was. Now, this might have been
2:06.5	because Rico was in heavy makeup. Thurman's are, after all, an alien race of squids,
2:13.2	sephopods, to be precise. Or maybe Tim was just talking so fast, I misunderstood what he said.
