I already know what you're going to say. First of all, listen, I don't remember the last time I recorded by myself either. I don't remember how to even do this. I'm going to be honest. Actually, I think it's been seven months.

I think it's been seven months since I recorded alone. And we'll talk about it. We'll get into it that very reason is exactly why it's

important to me that we check in that I ask you how you're doing that I tell you

how great you look that I let you know that you look just as skinny?

Oh my God, skinny, skinny as a needle, honey, are you eaten?

At that point you would of course tell me how gorgeous I look.

First and foremost let me just start by telling you how much I genuinely miss you,

how much I miss our talks, are our kitchen table conversations, I really do, and, you know, like I said, it's been seven months since I recorded by myself, which I cannot believe.

I know that some of you who listen to the podcast

prefer episodes where I record by myself

because you tell me.

And I appreciate that.

I don't know why. I can't fathom it but I do appreciate it and you know I want to

apologize to you directly because it's been like it's just been so long.

What's even more insane is that since the last time you and I spoke,

since we had a one-on-one conversation, I mean,
