You should be able to build businesses that are highly profitable, create tons of jobs for people, but are simultaneously moving markets and doing things that are good for the world.

And I think that if we did a little bit more of that, we'd be in a much better place as a country and as a world than we are today.

a cleaning business, in college.

She goes out a few years later to launch a bridal registry, sells it to none other than Martha Stewart Living, where she continues to work,

and by that time she's established herself in the fashion and retail world.

Now, this mother of three is working on her biggest endeavor yet reimagining the beauty industry.

Greg Renfrew is the founder and CEO of Beauty Counter, and we welcome her to No Limits.

When you were a kid, did you see yourself doing things like this?

What did you envision?

Well, I wanted to be on

I wanted to be Annie when I was little. I think that he wanted to be on stage. I did. I was like,

I love to sing. I sing. I sing my daughters are really into singing my son not so much. But

really, is there a beauty cutter song that goes on behind the scenes? Well, oh, I don't know. I listen to Eminem when I'm going on stage. Really? If there a beauty counter song that goes on behind the scenes?

Well, oh, I don't know. I listen to Eminem when I'm going on stage.

Really? If you have one chance, a lot of opportunity, lose yourself because I know some people love to meet it. There's no macfifier. This is my life. But it's always about you have one chance,

one opportunity. Are you going to blow it? Are you going to make it happen, really? And I think for me, when I'm going on stage and I'm nervous, I think about that.
