0:23.7	designed to live in that constant state of hustle and grind and go after it and hammer it out.
0:31.0	That's a very masculine energy. So what does it mean to actually maintain a state of peace and rest while we take action while we do
0:40.7	what God has called us to do? That's today's topic. And I'm bringing this to you as someone who
0:47.3	has struggled to maintain my peace where I've very easily gotten caught up in distractions and
0:53.6	overwhelm and all the things over the years

0:56.9	But I found a few things that have allowed me to maintain my peace.
1:01.0	And if I don't do these things, I don't keep my peace.
1:05.1	And I won't be in a state of rest.
1:07.1	I will be in a state of anxiety and overwhelm and stress just like anybody else. So we're going to
1:12.9	talk about what those things are today. And I'm so excited to pass this on to you because this can
1:19.0	change your whole experience of building a business. You know, when ladies come to me and they want
1:24.8	to start a business or they want to take their business to the next level.
1:28.6	Most of the women that I work with and most of the women I encounter have accomplished extraordinary
1:33.2	things in their life, maybe even in business. But when you come to venture out with building a
1:40.0	business online and it's new to you, the whole thing can be quite overwhelming. And one of the things
1:45.8	I hear from women a lot is, yes, I'm committed to building my business. Yes, I want to do this,
