Kian, how are you? Good Troy, thank you so much for having me here. Should I say, good morning,

Troy. Good morning, Keyan. I'm excited to talk. Although I prepare myself

for this episode a while ago, had to refresh myself today and but no I'm ready to go. I'm ready to kick ass.

I'm really excited for this so we are talking about Charlie's Angels today. Of course the 2000 remake of the show

executive produced by Drew Barry Moore and her production company and I have talked about this movie in passing on this podcast a few years ago I did a

Drewbury Moore and Tom Green relationship episode.

And I talked about the production of this movie

and like what it meant to Drew's career,

but I didn't get to really expand on it

in the way that a millennial homosexual would like to expand on it right so I'm really excited for this and I'm excited to learn like what this movie meant to you growing up.

Yeah like it's a it's a one of those things that I always think that what is is it

nature or nurture the things that us as gay men are obsessed with that it's like you take two boys

opposite of the world different backgrounds both show them this

movie and they both become obsessed with it and yeah it's one of those like so I was about

10 probably when I watched it for the first time loved it.

Consider it was high art, wasn't sure why no one else seems to think was a good movie as I did.

And it was just thought it was so, I know, like I was also a big James Bond fan, but this like clicked another part of my brain which was just like, it was the music, it was the costumes, it was everything.

It was, yeah, it was really sort of an instant love affair with these movies.

I agree with that.
