Welcome back to another episode of Lights Out.

And we're back with another one. One, uh, just gets crazier. I feel like every week.

Yeah. Just when I think I've seen the worst of humanity. No. Somebody's always out there

breaking more records of how to be a terrible person. And that's exactly what we're talking about

today. Mr. Michael Bear Carson or his birth name James Carson, and we'll explain the name change

later because it's a little confusing. But he was back in the, you know, the 60s, the hippie movement.

You know, it was a good time for many and not so good time for others.

But Mr. Carson, he, I'd like to think that he wasn't always a bad person.

I think so, too, yeah.

You know what I mean?

I'd like to think that, you know, and based on what his daughter has said, because his daughter

is very, very outspoken about what she went through growing up.

But this case anyways is called the San Francisco witch killers.

And this is the name that the media gave Michael and this woman Susan and their subsequent

crime spree that they went on and basically they went on this holy war and went after people they

believe were witches in the early 1980s and they murdered at least three people in cold blood in

very brutal ways but not
