Well, it was three years ago, three long years ago, that Russia invaded without provocation,

its neighbour Ukraine. In the intervening years, we've seen all sorts of horrors.

We've also seen the magnificent spirit of the Ukrainian people,

and we've seen the way that the war has upended the old global diplomatic order with even as we

speak, shocking events, shocking changes to the geopolitical landscape happening virtually every day,
