Well, I want to go back to something that happens a lot.

I'm going to go back a number of years ago that I saw this couple.

And I've seen, please understand, either I've gotten permission to talk about all these people,

or I've mixed it up enough.

So hopefully they won't understand that this one fits this one or this one.

No, nobody knows. After 43 years of doing this, I've seen a lot of people going through these kinds of things.

But this couple came to see me and they came in and they were really struggling with their intimacy, their sexual intimacy.

As a matter of fact, nothing was happening.

He was a wonderful guy, about 160 pounds, very athletic, 60 years of age, but it had a heart problem.

And his wife was probably 350 pounds.

And what they were doing is they were trying to be intimate.

And they had not been intimate for several years.

And they were trying to see if they could figure that out.

Well, when they first came in to see me, they said, we want to have intercourse.
