Summary

When our eyes are grateful, we can see grace and goodness all around us. But often, we live as if life isn’t good enough, we don't have enough, and who we are isn’t enough.

Well, my friend, this is where we get it all wrong—because our focus is on ourselves.

Author Michele Howe joins us and explains how the more we focus on ourselves, the less we develop an attitude of appreciation for what we do have. And when we dwell on the things we wish we had and how miserable life is, or when we immerse ourselves in the negative, our troubled feelings and actions will follow.

But when we focus on something outside of ourselves and choose an attitude of gratefulness, we get an entirely new perspective! It brightens up how we view our world, and that changes everything!
