Now here's the story of how Paul Tripp Ministries got started.

So as as things progress, have you written your first book yet or no?

So I wrote, we moved in 1987.

I wrote, my first book came out in 1997.

Okay.

And that then began just this explosion of this worldwide ministry.

And what was your first book for people who don't know?

Age of Opportunity.

Age of Opportunity.

Parenting Teens.

And I was developing this sense that Christians had a fairly good understanding of salvation past

and salvation future, but didn't understand

the present benefits of the work of Christ, how the gospel just reforms everything every day in your life.

I wanted to make that connection for people.

And I hated the way the church thought about teen years.

You're holding a sweet little infant and they'll say, oh, just wait until he's a teenager.
