Every one of these 12 doctrines that I have tried to define, explain, and then apply,

not because of my writing,

but because of what they are and what they depict of who God is,

I mean, I think the doctrine of God's sovereignty,

I mean, I think the doctrine of God's sovereignty, I mean, how beautiful is it? How comforting is it? That the goal of my life, my responsibility is not to see how many things I

control and how many people I can control. That when things are out of my control, they're not out of control.

You know, you've been to these things too.

I've had 10 surgeries in the last seven years.

That's hard.

Yeah.

And you recently had another accident that required a surgery?

I was at an art fair and backed up to look at a beautiful painting and fell off a ledge that I didn't know was there and broke the neck of my femur and

I'd had a hip replacement and go through all the pain and therapy of that.
