In the USA, we're a fairly free society, but we've become one of the few societies in history

ever to teach people a mythological narrative that makes the country

look worse than it is. That all of society is set up to oppress you. That is the big

thing that people are getting out of the university and if you believe that you get a framework

for the world that's religious in its power but almost nonsensical that obviously does

some damage if all of our knowledge of our society is this fantasy that's been created by

left-wing activists, we have a serious issue.

It's always good to have you on, especially because you've got this new book out, which I want to talk to you about. It's got one of those brilliant titles that American non-fiction books have. Your non-fiction book titles are far better than ours in Britain. It's called

Lies My Liberal Teacher told me and the subtitle is debunking the false narratives defining

America's school curricula.

And basically what you do, you run through ten lies that are being fed to the new generation

through the education system.

It's very entertaining.

I agree with some of the lies and the way you

deconstruct them and then others I was a bit more thrown by and add a few more

questions about. So there's a couple of things I want to dig into in relation to
