1:05.5	was my first day on the job. We'll talk about the whole the whole story on how you blew the whistle on the NSA and how all that all that came to be.
1:14.7	But going back before that, like what made you decide you wanted to be in the NSA in the first place?
1:21.2	Long story.
1:23.2	So in my early 20s, I made a choice.
1:31.3	It's a volunteer military, so I volunteered. It's no draft.
1:33.3	They still, you know, there's technically, there's still the, you have to register.
1:37.3	So I joined the Air Force in late, late 1970, it was right before Christmas.
