I'm Benjamin Grondi, Johnny Mears, Aaron Wright. I honestly couldn't imagine any better

way to bring us back for a new season than burning down someone's house with Kundalini

energy. Got to start somewhere. It's 2023. I could have a fresh new approach. How was

your break? It was alright. I got a head cold like a day after Christmas on

every one sick again. Everyone sick. It's just going through, I don't know. This is

a post-COVID-Wall that we're living in where everyone just seems to get everything these

days. Other than that, it was fine. I spent most of the break, noodling with sound. I bought

one of those UAD Apollo interfaces, which gives you those beautiful old-neave plug-ins

that you run, the microphone through. It was just super fun to play with that. You're

like a kid getting a Game Boy back in the mornings. I could see how you're playing with

this. We're thinking of introducing new hardware later on in the year for the show, but I'll

just kind of playing with it at home. You might notice we've got a completely new sound

for 2023. I like it. I really do. We've had to change a few things that I'm enjoying
