Hello, hello, everyone. Welcome to the happiest podcast on Earth. It is AJ here and I am all by my

lonesome today. So, so sad. But I am very excited because I'm going to be talking about Jollywood

nights, which Mama Tammy and Wesley and I did yesterday, November 13th. I cannot believe it's

already mid-November, but that aside, we had the absolute

best time. Now, I will say I was a little skeptical going into this event because last year,

there was a lot of discourse, a lot of kinks that needed to be worked out, a lot of, a lot of things

that just didn't seem to go right for Dollywood. And it was kind of deemed as a flop. There out a lot of a lot of things that just didn't seem to go right for jollywood and

it was kind of deemed as a flop there were a lot of really long lines for characters and long lines for

the food and the entertainment was good but just like not enough to make it worth the x amount of

money that it was last year um full disclosure we did get $20 off tickets because we are cast members. So rather

that being the $159 price that it was for everyone else, or the $149 tickets for like

annual pass holders, ours were 139 and that price does fluctuate a little bit. They hold like

two to three to four parties per week as we get into the busier time

of the holiday season. And I'm going to tell you right now, I think that price was one that

was a percent worth it. And I'm going to be straight up. I think me, mom, and Wesley agreed that this

was the best holiday party and holiday event that we have ever been to for any of the

holidays horror nights very merry not so scary you name it i have never been to a better

holiday party now full disclosure and something i'm going to put out there it was me my fiance

and my mother we did not have small kids with us and i will say if you have have small children, this is not a better event than, excuse me, then very merry.

Just because very merry and not so scary, I think are geared towards more family style. They have the trick-or-treating and the cookie trail. And there's lots of characters and, you know, all of the entertainment's just a little more fun and lighthearted and Disney.

This kind of felt like a grown-up food and wine festival with lots of entertainment.

And I freaking loved it.
