Created five businesses over the last 27 years and I'm not in, I'm not involved in the operations

of the business. I like to create the idea of the business. I like to create the design, the feel,

I like to reverse engineer it, what it's going to look like when it's at its best,

and then what hopes I've got to jump through to get there to make it the most amazing experience

for someone walking through those doors of the festival, or if I was creating the sportswear brand,

which we built and sold, had to be the best, had to have the best materials, had to have the best website,

had to have the best design, you know, and had to have the best customer experience.

That's what I'm good at.

And one of my strengths is hiring people and creating a real good team around me to make me

look better than I actually am.

But operation inside of things is not my bag.

You know, I've run all these businesses without sending any emails.

I don't do email.

Yeah.

Everything I do is on the end of the phone.

Everything I do is face to face.

I don't go chasing people for anything, but I'm on the end of the phone to help people.

On the end of the phone, if I want to open up a door. And when you create cool stuff in business,
