1:08.4	sat here at my desk feeling a bit burnt out and like probably everyone else listening, a bit done with this year now. That's not to say I haven't learned a huge
1:18.6	amount this year and I am feeling very grateful for the small moments of joy, the small things this year that really felt big.
1:26.0	December is normally a time where I reflect on the year and reflect on, you know, career goals, life goals. This year it's more of a reflection on just how hard it's been for people
