Welcome to a very special solo episode to celebrate 300 episodes! Thank you for tuning in each and every week and joining me on this endlessly enlightening ride. To celebrate this amazing journey, I'm sharing my first-ever solo podcast episode, and the theme is summer survival.

We start by diving into the pillars of the Fab 4 (protein, fats, fibers, and greens), and how you can set your body up for success while enjoying all the adventures and yummy food wherever you end up this summer.

I share key tips and tricks that I give my clients to not only survive but truly thrive during the inconsistent season of summer. Plus, I give insight into what I’m doing to prepare for our first family trip abroad this summer (yay!).
