I'm dead. Oh, man. You feel like I look. It's like to zoom in. God.

I'm barely breathing. I'm not okay. No. I like last podcast. I guess I have update. I have a health update. I lost four pounds. Hey now. Can you see my face?

I was just laughing at her. She looks so young.

Um, so my having the flu and an ear infection really sped up my health process. I haven't been eating out.

I haven't been eating Dave's hot chicken. I haven't been eating. Well, I did have Chick-fil-A, but I got a chicken club and not the nuggets. Um, and I didn't get a milkshake.

So I feel like it's really expected my. How long have you been sick for?

Literally since the 10th. We was recording this on the 21st. I was like, you've lost weight, but you can't tell because your lymph nodes are swollen. Yeah, my lymph nodes.

They were literally so swollen like this one specifically. I think it's gone down a little bit.

A little face check. Um, yeah, I think that's why I look different. I mean, and in the last vlog, I was like, look at my face. I you could tell how bloated I am because of my face. I think that's why I look different. Yeah, because I have lost weight.

Um, and I probably like was all waterway because of all this salty bad food. I was eating salty like fried food and stuff.

When, when, what day did you get sick on the 10th? The day of the podcast. I think I had two different illnesses. I'll try to make this short short and sweet.

So my first illness was my first illness was I think I just had a cold. So I gone to get coffee with a friend and I came back home with the boys and I told him I kind of feel.

I don't know, I just feel a little bit weird. And then the next day I got pedicures with a pedicure with my other friend and, um, I was like, I don't know, I just kind of feel like it might be allergies.

It's kind of what it felt like, but nothing super strong. Um, and then like over the next two days, I basically felt completely fine. Like we've gone to the grocery store altogether.

And I was like, oh, like surprisingly, I feel like pretty fine. Um, and then Wednesday. Wednesday really did it for me. Wednesday was the dagger in the chest and the back and the neck.

Um, I was like, we, I felt fine in the morning. And then we went to Benihana together and had like a little lunch date. And basically all I ate was the fried rice.

And by the time we were going to the car, I was like, I, something's not right. Like I need to go home. Like I cannot do it. And Caleb was like, you were literally just making all these jokes. Hi, he ha ha in the restaurant that you were so funny.

Um, and now, oh, like now you're not fine. And I like, yeah, I can't, I need to go home immediately.

Um, and so I went home, picked up the boys from school and then basically has been out of office since then. So since Wednesday at like 11 midnight on Wednesday, I got a fever.

And I had chills like all night. I was just like sweating like a crazy person.

Um, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, awful days for me. Absolutely awful. What's today Monday? Um, and I am, I may seem like I'm fine right now.
