I got a fun little trick, fun little joke for those of us who are still partaking in the

ghost running challenge, running a mile every single day.

Still kept it up, you know, batting a thousand so far.

So this kind of happened on accident,

but I needed to have a phone call with Scott and Isaac this week.

And I was like, when are you guys free?

We're trying to figure it out.

And I said, all right, I thought this conversation

might last a while.

So I said, okay, let me go run my mile real quick

and then I'll call you guys.

Well, then Isaac text me back and said,

all right, I'll probably have time for a quick call after that.

So it's like, dang, well, Isaac doesn't have time.

You know what, I'll just call him now, or whatever.

So Life Pack, you let your friends know you're going to be running a mile and then call them and then you wait about four and a half minutes and then you call them super out of breath.

Hey guys! All right, I wanted to hop on the call and they think you just ran a four and a half minute mile.

Oh, yeah.

So that's the premise basically.

And then you keep running.

Or did you, you know what I'm saying, Frick, okay.
