three main steps to take this weekly challenge on and it's going to build off of the previous

week. So you need to know what you want, right? So you need to know what to say no to. That's part of

the three yes rule. And then what we need to do is we need to stay focused on what are our top

priorities. That's obviously very important. And then we need to do what? Eat that frog. So definitely

kind of reevaluate. It's a simple reevaluation. You're not reevaluating your whole life.
