Okay, so we've got a lot of questions coming off.

My last Rogan experience, we have a lot of questions just basically in general that we like to go through about every three or four months

and just have me do a quick Q&A session.

I pulled up some of those questions.

I'm going to go into some topics.

I'm going to talk in depth about a few things just so we can add some clarification and detail to it.

But if you guys want to see more of these Q&As, if you've got something you want to ask,

I'll go through the comments and I'll start basically

deep diving on a few different issues. And one of the issues that keeps coming up is what was it

like to make this transition from the military into business? And what were some of the key factors

for me, at least looking back on it now,

what would I say were key factors associated with my success? First and foremost, just the fact

that people say, I'm successful. I guess that's a win. That's pretty cool. I don't necessarily feel that I'm a success.

When I say that, I don't necessarily feel like I'm this big success. I feel like I've, I wrote

out my success criteria, my mission statement. 10 plus years ago, really when I left the CIA.

And I wanted to just come up with something simple that matched what I was trying to accomplish in my life.

And for most people in the military, you will completely and coherently understand what a five-paragraph op order is.
