Today we get to speak to once again retired agents, Vince Pacote Jr. and Tom Myers, who in part two of this two-part

episode, continue their review of Operation Toledo.

Operation Toledo. A group won Colombian Cali Cartel Drug Undercover Investigation targeting Drug Lord, Julio the Gun, and his Miami-based

lieutenant Nando.

The case relied on surveillance and wiretap coverage of multiple cell phones, hard lines, pagers,

and was one of the Department of Justice's first roving T3 intercepts from microphones placed within vehicles.

Vince Pancoke was one of Operation Delito's case agents, along with retired agents, Henry Mercandile, and Martin Suarez.

Tom Myers was a new agent assigned to assist on the case.

One of the FBI's most significant drug

investigations in the 1990s. And don't forget, Vince talks about his work on the

Ann Frank Project at the end of this case review.
