Your stories of travelling have really inspired me to be stood here right now in Gatwick Airport.

Over time I've been here, we're going all day with friends to get pissed up, some fancy hotel,

with some giant ass pools, lots of slides, the same fucking bullshit you get all around the world.

So this time I'm on my own doing something different. I'm flying to Lima, then to Akitos,

then going into the rain forest to be drinking ayahuasca on a 12-day retreat. So so much gratitude for you Chris,

for all the sick and all the poo poo from about to get out of me. I love your podcast and hadhi kishnah.

Hello all you powerful, tangential people. My name is Fritz. I'm currently on the job working for

the Forest Service in the beautiful Chewgash National Forest here in Alaska. I love the podcast

and I love the shame exorcisms. Hey Chris, this is Lindsay, a wayward American living in the Netherlands,

but recording this from a rainy hotel room in Helsinki. I'm just taking a break from transcribing

an episode for upcoming e-book and I wanted to share some wisdom that someone else had shared

with me recently. So to those of you listening has it had a major impact on me and I thought that

maybe it could help someone else too. I had met a lovely lady at a beautiful festival in Germany the

other weekend. She runs women's circles and I'd never heard of a women's circle before,

but it's a place where people can feel free to speak without judgment. And I had asked her what the

most common revelation was and she said it all comes down to one thing. People need to follow their

hearts and it moved me to tears because I felt that somehow I'd found my tribe and I wasn't alone

on this path. And I think that today society puts so much pressure on you to conform, but

we're not all made the same and it hurts so many people along the way. Some so much they

probably even go to their grave and never understanding what true happiness is. So to everyone out
