helped me. Her podcasts are like she is talking to you alone. Even if circumstances are

different, it's easy to apply any of her advice to your particular place. I listen to one every day and will listen one two or

three times. Whenever I start going back to my pain I turn her on. I also

bought Trina's book, don't be desperate, it's great. I spent a year doing everything wrong.

I wish I had found her sooner, but it's never too late.

Instead of dwelling on what was, it's so important to celebrate the chance to rediscover who you are and what

you love.

Sometimes you just have to take a deep breath, shake off the weight of yesterday, trust the process, focus on getting through that day, and then

you begin again tomorrow.

And eventually you have enough of those days accumulated and you start to feel different right and in

conjunction with that you start changing your perspective you start feeling a little lighter, you don't have as much anxiety as you did before,

you start to have more faith that things are improving, and that you will actually be better off.
