So this is one of my favorite times every year when we get to plan our year and we get to

just really reflect and think back what went well, what didn't go well, get on the same page as a

couple for the upcoming year. And as we know, I mean, this year was very obvious of this, but

you just don't know what's going to happen in a year.

Obviously, the Lord is sovereign and all of these things.

But I do really feel like I love that verse,

that man plans his way and the Lord directs his steps.

And so there is an element of planning that is helpful going into the new year and elisha and i have been planning our

years together ever since we got married it's something that we don't really we don't set new year's

resolutions on our own it's something we've always talked through as a couple and so it's just

fun i think to hear the inside and outs of what's going on through each other's heads and what we're going to be united on.

And it's crazy looking back how, even though there's so many unforeseen circumstances in a

year, how we hit so many of the things we aim for at the beginning of the year with how we plan.

So anyways, we're going to dive into that right now.
