Hey everyone, Katie and I are really excited to share with you, this interview that we thoroughly

enjoyed doing with Chris and Justine. I'm going to give you a quick bio as to who Chris is.

You're going to be able to hear more about their life in the interview, but I just want to

give you a little bit of context before we jump in to this awesome conversation, talking about parenthood,

entrepreneurialism, having a multi-generational vision for your family.

I love how Justine talks about, you know, her role as a wife and just following her husband as the Lord's leading him at different paces.

And maybe what she as a wife felt like she was being led and it was

just a really insightful conversation. So let me read this bio about Chris and then we'll link

everything below where you can learn more about his program, learn more about their family. So Chris

Cirillo is based in Eugene Oregon where he was raised. After playing college football at

the University of Oregon, he joined the Army and completed four tours to Afghanistan as an Army Ranger

with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He then spent years in the fitness industry as a coach before working

with three venture-backed software startups serving churches. Nearly 10 years and 3,000 churches

later, Chris left that world and follow the Lord's leading to take his then side project

of coaching Christian fathers full time. He now heads up Mission Fit Dads, a discipleship-oriented

fitness coaching company, serves on the team at forming men helping with projects like

man year and primal path and spends his spare time pouring into his local region with

prayer and discipleship efforts joyfully married to his wife justine for 13 years

with five sons and a black lab his days are both full and exciting folks like I said

we'll link everything that we mentioned below.
