0:00.0	I would say my biggest takeaway honestly from being retired for four some odd years is that
0:06.2	precision is not required. I try to be very precise. I did base my numbers off of the 4% rule of thumb, but I knew, especially being so young, that I had
0:17.1	passion projects that I wanted to do.
0:19.0	And certainly some of my talents and skills, people would pay for them. So I made my assumptions and my
0:26.2	projections based on no earned income, no extra income, just living off of my
0:32.4	portfolio.
0:34.0	The main thing is that precision is not required.
0:36.5	So every year there was something weird that happened where even my best laid plans were had to be changed.

0:47.5	If anything, honestly, I wish I would have done it sooner.
0:51.7	You know, when I was mentioning to you that two years before,
0:54.1	I had my number, but I was fearful of being on my own.

1:02.2	and being thrust back into poverty. I had all these fears and I
1:06.4	kept putting up roadblocks like health insurance you know that comes up a lot.
1:09.6	Well you know I did my research I was curious about it I needed to make sure I was squared with that
1:14.4	fine found a solution for that getting money out of my retirement accounts early found a
1:19.3	solution for that so I was I was like throwing all these roadblocks to the side and all of a sudden I had no more excuses.
