0:05.5	Ian was somebody that I knew not well but had met a few times back in the fight game and he was one of the
0:12.3	OGs from the pit with Chuck L. John Hackleman and
0:15.6	Antonio Benuelos and much like my buddy Tim Kennedy, you know who was a regular there.
0:20.5	I just didn't know him that well when I was fighting and when they were fighting.
0:24.4	And you know I just did most of my training up north at A. K. But I followed these guys because I loved them all.
0:29.7	And I loved their style. These were guys that could bang. Every one of them had a left hook.
0:34.6	Every one of them had a head cake. And every one of them fought like their life depended on it.
0:39.4	And I just loved the raw fucking aggression that I saw to that camp really early on before there were
0:45.3	super camps and shit like that these guys were that and it was really cool to see from
0:50.5	the outside then now years later you know Ian got a hold of me
0:54.6	through prep for service and saw what I was doing with Aubrey and been following us on the
0:58.1	psychedelic front and he himself had been making big waves in the study and the science of
1:04.6	psychedelics. Really cool.
1:06.2	P plugged in, Ian's plugged in with some of the best in the who's who within that
1:10.3	field and they're doing some really red research and working with high-level
1:14.2	operators to different people, athletes and beyond.
1:17.9	And it was just, it's long overdue that I had him on the podcast.

1:23.6	breaks that down and it's it's deep man it's a really really rad story filled with
1:29.0	challenge and beauty and I had no clue the depth of where this guy had been in some bad spots before in my life.
