Summary

Do you ever feel like the more successful you become ... the worse you feel? Jerry Colonna, a venture-capital-guy-turned-Buddhist-executive-coach, found himself in that exact position - until he decided to do the hard work of confronting himself.

In this episode, we discuss how practicing radical self-inquiry with compassion is essential for anyone who wants to lead - whether they're leading a company, a family, or just their own life. You'll learn why resolving conflicts mindfully is a critical skill -- as is embracing the messiness of being human.

Well, you pronounced it incredibly well, so thank you for that. Then we're just going to keep rolling with that. And so before we even get into your new book and leadership, all the juicy stuff we're going to talk about today, can you tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do and how you got to where you are?
