0:00.0 | As the wife, you're the one that's bringing things into the home. |
0:02.5 | You're the one that's preparing the food. |
0:03.8 | So I think the first thing is making sure that healthy is delicious and appealing, appetizing, |
0:08.8 | from the way you're plating it to how it tastes, showing our spouse that that can be the way that it is. |
0:14.4 | You know, it's not like you mentioned, just healthy taste grossed and unhealthy is good. |
0:27.4 | The next day. taste grossed and unhealthy is good. Okay, you guys, so we have a very fun episode today, and that is we are interviewing my sister |
0:34.5 | Kyla. |
0:35.3 | So some of you guys are already familiar with Kyla. She's been on the |
0:38.6 | podcast twice before. Maybe it's actually, this is the fourth time. Kyle's been on the podcast. |
0:44.3 | The fourth? What? Yeah, I'm not mistaken. I was even unaware of that. That's amazing. Yeah, |
0:49.8 | so we'll link some other episodes that we did with her down below. I love visiting with my sister and I'm excited that you guys get to hear her today. |
0:57.6 | We are best friends growing up. |
0:59.4 | We still are. |
1:00.6 | And Kyla has the benefit of being close with a lot of my sisters. |
1:06.6 | I'd say a lot of my sisters would say Kyla is their best friend, which I think is really |
1:09.9 | cool. |
1:16.3 | And she was definitely that way for me and still is. Together, we started now that I'm a mother health. And she now runs now that I'm a mother health because Kyla has that benefit of doing |
1:23.0 | things for longer than I do. She follows through. And I really, really admire that about her. And there was |
1:30.4 | something I was going to mention, oh, she's married. She's married to Adam, who's our brother-in-law. |
1:35.0 | We have a lot of similar taste, had similar taste in men because when we go someplace, people think |
1:41.6 | that Elisha and Adam are brothers and they do not think Kyla and I are |
1:45.1 | sisters. So that's why we had to dress in such a manner so people would know. We're related. |
