Welcome back to the podcast. Today we have two amazing guests. We have the return of my brother, Dr. Nathan Riley, the holistic OBGYN. He's been on this show a handful of times, always teaching incredible stuff. He's checked trained, licensed MD. tuning and chanting, we can actually harmonize and bring our nervous system into coherence. And from

that, we can operate from our center. You know, a lot of people meditate, and it's very hard to meditate.

You know, if you have no experience with that, you can't sit still.

Well, that's because your nervous system's out of whack.

So if we can address that first, meditation is possible.

Yoga, the practice of yoga, was done specifically

so that you could lay there in shavasana and have a quiet mind. And what's really cool is that chanting

is a at least 6,000-year-old practice. It's written about in the Rig Veda and many other places.
