Summary

Ever felt the urge to shake things up with a bold, unexpected move? Women are taught that midlife is when we’re supposed to fade into the background, but what if it’s actually the perfect time to dream bigger, take more risks, and redefine what’s possible for ourselves?

This week, Master Certified Life Coach Susan Hyatt is back to talk about making courageous changes—at any age. She’s sharing her own wild decision to sail around the world (with six pets, no less!) and calling out the limiting beliefs that keep women from going after their biggest dreams. Whether you're looking to switch careers, take up a new hobby, or embark on an adventure, this episode is your sign to go for it!

And then I think sometimes our people's reaction to that is to sort of be like, fuck this noise. I'm doing something different, right? Like, I really want to just
