Life's been really hectic since coming back to London, buying our property, starting the renovations, getting the puppy, haven't had as much time for myself to be honest.

And when I come back to myself, when I decide to put on a walking meditation or stay conscious while I am doing my skin care in the morning or getting out of my head really generally and speaking just that's what makes me feel more connected is getting out of my

head and feeling my body and feeling the present moment and feeling my energy

and ensuring that my energy aligns with the future that I want to create.

And, you know, I have obviously created a business out of this and I'm always the first one to say that I'm not perfect. I've never had one perfect day in my life actually.

You know, I'm constantly bouncing back, constantly trying to become better and constantly trying to improve.

So I'm trying to find that balance between just completely living in the moment and
