them. And I get into a zone. And sometimes when I'm in a zone, I give really good advice.

You know, I don't know. For me, I do prepare content. I do prepare things that I want to say on

the podcast. I have little outlines and stuff. But some of the best stuff and the most valuable stuff,

I think I've ever said, always comes from off the cuff and just being in the moment and speaking

to the truth of the situation or the question that is being answered. And so the lives that I have,

while I do prepare material, I do like to go off the cuff and just say really great things that

I think are going to be very helpful for you. And I want you to hear them. So you're going to hear

that today. We talk about second dates while you're not getting them. Some things that you might be

doing on the dates that are not going to be good to get second dates. And also some things that you
