0:45.3	All right, so first and foremost what is a bear market? Well there are two types of
0:50.3	markets. There's a bull market and a bear market. Easiest way I can explain it is if you think
0:55.5	about what the most important part of the bull that you would distinguish with is like the horns, right?
1:01.7	So if you were to put like horns on your head your
1:03.8	arrow your fingers point upwards right so that's when a bull run is when the
1:08.1	market's going up whereas a bear market if we think about bears they've got the
1:11.9	claws right when they're like
1:13.4	kind of scrub when you do like a scratching movement your fingers are going down
1:16.8	so a bull market is when the market is going up and a bear market is when the
1:20.4	market is going down now when I see market I'm talking like the overall world economy.
1:26.2	Now yes you could say you have bare markets and bull markets in the stock market, in the
1:30.7	crypto market, in the housing market market in the net a marketing market
