0:06.0	It's actually the beginning of the year right now.
0:08.0	I just saw this is a pretty cool thing on Instagram that showed now.
0:11.0	It's on Instagram.
0:12.0	But I've also read this in other places that most cultures believed that April was the first month of the year.
0:18.0	And the reason for that is spring equinox is the beginning.
0:21.9	It's when life returns to the planet.
0:23.3	It actually makes far more sense than celebrating the New Year in the dead of winter
0:27.8	when everything's dead.
0:29.4	Now at the equator, you know, not a big deal.
0:33.1	But, you know, in some of these other regions, it makes a lot of sense that we would
0:36.8	celebrate New Year when the spring comes back, when everything comes back to life.
0:40.9	So I'm born right around Equinox, too.
0:43.2	So that makes sense, March 22nd, only 10 minutes into March 22nd.
0:47.5	So really an Equinox, baby.
0:50.6	And I always think about that.
