So today we're going to be pulling back the curtain of our hearts and having a conversation

about the pressure, the undue, unrealistic pressure, unnecessary pressure that you put on yourself.

But before I even tell you what I'm going to cover specifically,

I've got to tell you, when you put this amount of pressure on yourself,

it robs you of peace.

That pressure, we do it, and we'll go into some of the reasons why this cycle happens, but when we do it, we choke out our confidence. We stifle it. We, because really confidence is based in a state of hearts. It's a heart that's

peaceful. It's a heart that's present and when you're peaceful and present you have

power and you can be yourself and that confidence blossoms.
