The Hello and welcome to mini episode number 413 of real life ghost stories and I have four spooky stories for you today and the last story comes from October the 29th, 2024.

And story number one comes from Shan. I've just got to mini episode 351 after listening

to your podcast almost daily for around four years, and I'm proud I'm nearly caught up. In the first

story, the sender said how they jumped from the top of the stairs and floated down them, and it

reminded me of something that happened

when I was little in our canal side house in Warwickshire. I also had that same memory of jumping

at the top of the stairs and floating down. I mentioned it to my brother a couple of years ago and he

freaked out as he said he had the exact same thing happen in the same house.

We had never spoken about it before, so it was so strange for us to have the same occurrence.

I'm 34 now and my mum has mentioned in the past about that house, and when she first moved into it by herself, she spent the night there by herself and heard very clear footsteps on the wooden floor from the

connecting house. This was also part of the house but not lived in. No one was there, as my grandparents

lived on the house over a bridge and they had said she needed to spend the night there by herself

to know that she was ready to move out of theirs. She knew it was haunted, but just ignored it and

just got used to it, if anything.

Fast forward a few years ago I found a YouTube video of someone doing an investigation in the house.

And they were saying there was a lady who fell down some stairs, and the way they turned at the bottom meant she unfortunately broke her neck,

and they think died instantly. When they showed the stairs I got the biggest chills.

It was the stairs both me and my brother remembered jumping and floating down. This phenomenon

blows my mind, right? I know that yours comes with an added layer of this woman who fell down

the stairs and broke her neck. Like, is that connected? Who knows?
