1:19.3	what's going on in our country right now. It's just becoming increasingly alarming the paucity
1:26.4	of skilled labor. And it's impacting the luxury
1:30.5	market it's impacting the commercial market it's impacting basic residential
1:35.5	homes it's impacting anything that needs to be built so I've always looked
1:41.7	at these guys as magicians in a way, but it's more than that.
1:46.8	And I just thought it might be interesting on the podcast to hear from a guy, he's got a going
1:51.6	concern, but he's dealing with a growing problem.
1:56.1	Yeah, he's doing his part to try and help it out.
1:58.8	I mean, he does have something that he does every year with kids to try to introduce them to the trades, which I think is a very good thing.
