Lauren Hope Kras who is a stand-up comedian she's also on staff at

Betches Media as a content manager podcast host video star and humor writer you

also might know her because she filled in for me permanently now at

DST that's why how come episodes have been coming back more regularly I'm not there

anymore but Lauren is and I love her so much.

She is sharing her story of why she is not and has not been having sex and Rachel

is here to share her story of how she has never masturbated in her life, not once, and it is such an interesting conversation and I am so excited for you guys to hear it.

Before we get into all of that, last week's episode was so much fun with Salma Hindy.

I just want to thank her again for sharing her story.

We did put up a clip where I asked Selma if taking off her

hijab felt liberating or weird and a bunch of people were like, oh we don't like the

word liberating here.

And it's because it makes the hijab seem inherently

oppressive, and that was not my intention at all.

I was just thinking about how other people

have spoken about different religions and leaving those things

and how liberating that can be but obviously liberation is different for every

person and I just want to stress that a lot of women wrote that wearing a job actually makes them feel more liberated.

So those are important stories too.

Whatever makes you feel liberated as long as it is not harming anyone else.
